Shipping Times & Tracking

Dispatched in 3-5 business days. We post all orders via DHL standard or international service with tracking. Shipping times will vary. Please refer to the DHL website for shipping time estimates (goods will be shipped from Hong Kong). You will receive email confirmation which will include tracking, once your order has been processed. Orders can be tracked via the DHL website. Import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties might be charged depending on your location. You will be responsible for these charges. Please keep in mind that we're not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

Returns Process / Terms & Conditions

To return an item, hello@sagiri-dayal.com within 14 days of delivery and wait for instructions before posting. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days without prior written consent. Items must be returned in their original condition via Post with tracking, and customers are responsible for shipping costs, packaging, insurance, duties & taxes, and any loss or damage during return shipping. Proof of postage is advised.

If the item is returned in the same condition as it was dispatched, we will refund you the amount you paid for it, using the same payment method as your original purchase. Please note that items must be returned in the condition specified at the time of purchase. Sagiri Dayal Jewellery will not be liable for any returned goods if the product is stained, corroded by makeup or perfume or damaged in any way - if the item is returned in an unsellable condition we have the right to refuse a refund. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process, and an additional 5 working days for the money to be credited back to the account.
