This necklace has traditional Chinese knotting in beige waxed cotton. The pendant is in 3 pieces: the top is a traditional Indian jarai piece with a red cresent moon in the motif. Below that is a gold (alloy plated gold) disc in traditional Chinese filigree work and at the bottom is a Thai enamel piece with a heated ruby in the center. The tassles are Indian pearl balls and silver (gold plated) beaten beads and a square jarau piece at the bottom.
